Description:

Thin ponderosa pine particleboard (100% ponderosa pine). Thin particleboard is manufactured using quality furnish (chips) impregnated with urea-formaldehyde resins and urea-formaldehyde-melamine, pressed to high temperatures, produced in a continuous press, with German technology.

Options:

Duraboard is available in sheet stock, cut-to-size, laminated with thermofused melamine, foil laminates and overlayed with hardwood veneers.

Advantages:

The panels can be lamintated with any covered (decorative papers, veneers, etc.).

Low resistance to abrasion because it is produced with a 100% ponderosa pine and resins made at the Duraplay plant.

Wide range of thicknesses.

Low formaldehyde emissions. The resin we use is produced with optimal technology, fullfilling Standard ANSI specifications.
