Description:
Plywood substrate panel, is made of several layers of pine veneer that are peeled (rotary cut) from Ponderosa Pine logs. Veneers are stacked perpendicular to one another and pressed together using our urea formaldehyde resin and Urea-formaldehyde-melamine.
Pine plywood is mainly used for manufacturing of furniture for: kitchen cabinets, doors, and closets. This product is used also in construction sites.
Options:
Faces A, B, C, D, Xe (LG) , Dura X, Plus and special faces, cut-to-size boards, overlayed with hardwood plywood veneer, urea-formaldehyde resin (interior grade), urea-formaldehyde-melamine (exterior grade).
Advantages:
Low resistance to abrasion because it is produced with 100% ponderosa pine and resins made at the Duraplay plant.
Excellent behavior to the schemed (notching, cuts, etc.).
Wide range of thickness.
Versatility: You can combine different substrates with different overlays.
