Description:
Low pressure thermofused melamine laminated panels. The papers are saturated with melamine resins. The papers are then fused to the faces of the substrate in a hot press. Duramel is distinctive for having a hard resistance to scratching, stain, impacts, heat, moisture, light and abrasion.
Duramel is widely used in the following applications: RTA furniture, kitchen / bath cabinets; closet systems; hotel / motel furniture; insitutional case goods; doors, school furniture, and store fixtures to name a few.
Options:
Duramel is available in a wide variety of colors and patterns. You can find it one or two-sided.
You can use melamine as face or backer and combine it with foil paper and hardwood veneers.
Use Duraplay®, Ultraplay®, MDF as substrates.
